Great fridge. Quiet, looks good, and I like the absence of handles. Perfect, small ice cubes. The customizable temp compartment on bottom is handy for altering between daily use as a freezer and cooler for chilled drinks for gatherings. The shelving depth works well, and after a couple weeks we figured out an organization the maximized efficient storage. The lighting is the brightest we have ever had and makes it so easy to see all the fridge contents. Satisfied with my choice.

Designed for Usability and Flexibility in a Small Kitchen.

Due to the impending failure of our 19-year-old side-by-side kitchen refrigerator, I *had* to go refrigerator shopping. We have a galley-style kitchen with cabinetry surrounding the refrigerator on all sides; the size limits are real. Additionally, we did *not* want to network our fridge; we like our appliances dumb. With a little shopping, it became clear that the new 4-door style would be a brilliant option for a small kitchen. It is. And I especially like the asymmetrical sizing of the doors.This refrigerator is well-thought-out in terms of usability of the space. The inside LED lighting is excellent, and the adjustable shelves and bins increase the flexibility of the space. Although it has similar capacity (by measurement) to our previous refrigerator, we can actually fit (and access) things more efficiently. It holds temperatures well. All-in-all, this is a great upgrade over its predecessor.

This fridge is nice enough though the way the compartments are laid out has me questioning the appliance design. There's very flat compartments at the bottom of the fridge that don't really hold much of anything but take away space from usable compartments. It also randomly gets really loud when it's running, I don't know if it's a sign that it's going to quit running or if this is something I just have to live with, I've had better refrigerators in the past.

Love the 4 door counter depth fridge. Have had it for a couple months now. We use the 4th door as a fridge for pop etc. and it's just nice to have the extra fridge space. It's nice that you can change it to a freezer if you want! I no longer keep a lot of freezer goods anyway because it tended to be forgotten in the bottom of the old fridge and thus got thrown out. I also love that my tall water container for my coffee pot fits in the water dispenser. I like that the light in the dispenser automatically comes on when you use it and you can have the light stay on at night(or all the time)as a night light which I like for guests. And you can get water and ice even if the other door is open at the same time. There's been no problems with ice getting stuck. You'll want to hold your glass close to where the ice comes out to avoid the occasional stray ice cube. The stainless is not as shiny as some but I love that it stays cleaner due to no handles. Which also allowed me to get this fridge which is 2 inches deeper than the old fridge. All that being said I keep a small fridge/freezer in the garage for my husband's crab bait, clams, fish etc as I do not want that in the house fridge but if I did it would fit no problem. Would buy this fridge again.

This is a very sleek looking and very quiet refrigerator. We have a small galley kitchen and the counter depth AND lack of handles is great for the tight space. We love all of the storage options and the flexibility of the lower freezer compartments. It was also really nicely priced from Lowe's compared to similar ice/water in the door units. I noticed that the ice maker produces very small square cubes instead of the typical elongated half moons. It's not an issue, I just didn't expect it. Additionally, the ice cubes and water dispenser are angled appropriately so as to not launch ice cubes all over the floor. Lastly, the stainless steel surface of this unit actually does hide fingerprints. Especially nice given the lack of handles.

Very well thought out design, everything functions great. I love the pull out drawers and shelves on the bottom two sections. Super cold drinks above and below compartments. The Good Stuff: 1. Easy to organize with lots of room in the deep and flexible door storage areas.2. Well lit interior, and the counter depth means nothing gets lost, unseen for months, in the back.3. Seems to keep everything uniformly cold - which actually is the most important thing.4. Crisper drawers are great. Love having two different size drawers. Celery and romain finally fit easily somewhere.5. So easy to find and get stuff in and out of the freezer. Love the slide in shelves and door storage here. Far less rummaging around.6. Informative display - even let™€™s me know if a power interruption has occurred.7. My kitchen is small, so having the counter depth and with no handles sticking out and getting dirt behind them is really nice.8. Finish is great and generally smudge and smear proof.Things to be less happy about:1. The interior space is relatively small. 2. I miss having a larger third drawer for storage of cheese and such things. (The snack drawers work for some of this, but they are shallow.)3. Generally a bit louder than other refrigerators I have had.Miscellaneous info: I was hesitant to buy this refrigerator for two reasons. The first was the one year warranty. It made me wonder why it was shorter than others and if Frigidaire lacked confidence in its product. The second was that no stores in my area had this on the floor for me to view. So, while it looked good on line, it was hard to judge how well it would work for me without seeing it up close and personal. To date, I am happy with it and it has been a good choice.

I Love it except for the lack of ice and the slow water flow. It takes 45 seconds to fill a 12 ounce glass. Still hoping we can solve this issue. All the rest of the appliance is very nice. Service call replaced water filter with a non filter because of the r/o system hooked up to the ice maker .

I like my new refrigerator. I bought it because if I need to have work done on it, I can find someone to do it. My last LG frig, things went wrong and no one would work or repair it. Said all the parts came out of china. However I did not realize this refrigerator was smaller than my last one. Being counter Depth its quite a bit smaller, so remember that if you have a large family.

While I have only had this frig for a few weeks, I can say that I absolutely love it so far. No handles, counter depth design, and the sleek modern look that it gives my kitchen. The larger door on the right allows the ability to get to most items in the refrigerator without having to open both doors. The shelves in the freezer compartment are nice addition, instead of digging through a huge bottom drawer to see what™€™s in there. The optional compartment is my beverage center for my bottled water, wines, etc. it runs quiet. I™€™m very happy with my purchase.

This fridge replaced a 5 1/2 year old LG fridge that after five years kept failing and out of warranty service costs became just too ridiculous. With that said, Im hoping that this fridge will last longer than 5 years. After a month of use, so far so good. This is a spacious fridge with a lot of options with the lower left compartment could be used as a freezer or a storage for snacks, cheeses, or as a wine cooler. The only complaint I have is that the snack compartments inside the fridge are shallow and pretty mush useless, they are good for string cheese storage and maybe a 10 pack of tortillas, otherwise they are just too small and too shallow. Otherwise, we are pleased with this refrigerator, but ultimately only time will tell whether this fridge will outlast the LG piece of crap.

My Frigidaire side by side was 23 years old and still going string today as a 2nd refrigerator. I gutted my kitchen and this new Frigidaire is exactly what I wanted. Counter depth, no handles and an ice maker! I'm so organized and I see everything. I did not want a freezer drawer so this is perfect! It has sliders to bring all the frozen food out! I only saw images in all the stores as no one had one on display. I'm so glad I got this model.

I bought this to update from a 17 yo freezer on top frigidaire and hope to enjoy it even longer. PROS: the flex door can be used as a chiller or freezer and anything in between. The snack cubbies are the greatest and help eliminate wasted space. The small right door shelves slide side to side. The top shelves in the fridge are adjustable to make room for taller items 1of them raises up and the other the front half slides under the back half leaving storage on top and underneath plus tall items in front. . Frozen pizza fits in the freezer door. All the shelves and drawer pull out in the freezer. The left flex side has pull out shelves and drawer as well. I love having crushed ice.CONS: The storage set up does take a learning curve but I'm getting there and loving it. The door shelf on the top left is extremely small and odd shaped but I put bags of yeast there so it's not wasted space. Overall it's the best I could have picked out. It's large but still fits in my small oddly set up kitchen. Buy it, you won't regret it.

we had issues with Samsung refrigerators twice hence after research found out that Frigidaire has better reliability. the built quality is good liked the flex option. the ice maker works great. would recommend

I never thought I could fall in love with a refrigerator?! It is unique and a little outside of the box, but that is what I love about it. I love the NO handles (very contemporary/sleek.) I love that the freezer has three pull-out drawers (not a big bin to have to dig through to get what you are looking for. Two indoor shelves for small quick-reach items & one lower side that has optional freezer/refrigerator with drawers that is changable as needed. I LOVE IT!!!!

This refrigerator is PERFECT! I never like the pull out bottoms freezer drawer most refrigerators have. So when I discovered the four door freezer with the flex door, I was in love. I purchased it and have remained in love. Now my friends want one too.

The freezer is easier to organize than a drawer freezer. Love that the ice is a squarish shape. The custom-flex zone makes is really nice to allow you more fridge space if needed.

Very Pretty look. The Ice Maker made two trays overnight. They are nickel size cubes that will only fill two small glasses and then you are out of ice!

I was looking for a 4-door fridge with no protruding handles. This Frigidaire model fits the bill and does so elegantly. The counter depth is is a good fit for me. The previous fridge I had was also 36" wide but was standard depth and just felt huge for the space. I like the flex zone in the lower left and have it currently set to freezer mode. Freezer organization is super important to me, and everything is easily accessible in all sections, especially compared to my old freezer bottom drawer model. Overall, so far so good, and very happy.
